Description
Digital Verification Engineer with 3yrs experience in the field of functional verification required for permanent role in Limerick. In this role you will participate in the development team for the smart power management controller family, providing digital verification expertise for SOC products.
Responsibilities:
- Verification of complex mixed-signal systems for power management applications
- Verification of digital circuits and embedded microcontroller systems
- Definition of verification plans
- Development of test bench and verification components
- Implementation of test scenarios at system and module level
- Behavioral modelling of analog modules
- Regression analysis and coverage closure
- Communication and collaboration in a young and highly motivated team of system architects, digital and analog designers, firmware developers, application and test engineers
Requirements:
- Degree in electrical engineering, electronics, physics or related fields
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in the field of functional verification
- Profound knowledge of hardware verification languages (SystemVerilog)
- Experience with SystemVerilog Assertion (SVA) and Open Verification Methodology (OVM)
- Know-how in the development and programming (C, Assembler) of microcontrollers
- Scripting languages (Python, Perl, Shell)
- Experience in the field of power management would be a strong plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Very good command of English (fluent in spoken and written)
