Design Coordination Manager/ Technical Services Manager
€45,000 - €50,000 + Pension
Our client is one of Ireland's largest Property Asset Management companies. They provide a range of Project Co-ordination and Technical Services to a wide variety of clients. Responsibilities typically include design team selection and management, and liaison with local authorities on town planning and strategic issues relating to the resolution and the optimisation of all aspects of the planning process. They also manage the procedural and administrative aspects of a project, and provide a single point of contact for their clients.
They now require a Technical Services Manager to join their management team.
In addition to carrying out broader duties as specified by the Technical Services Director from time to time, the successful applicant will be required to execute the following duties as part of their role:
Candidate’s Experience / Likely Background:
Potential candidates should have experience in working on large scale construction projects with a main contractor (greater than €5m in value), in a technical capacity such as engineering, surveying or project management.
Ideally they will also have office-based experience and/or management experience
Professional qualification in one of the following disciplines; engineering, surveying or project management
Minimum of 7+ years’ post-graduate experience
This position is ideal for a candidate seeking to further their technical or management experience while working within a well-respected professional office.
