Project Quantity Surveyor

Copenhagen, Denmark

You will have several years experience in civil and or construction and be part of the client PM Team (English speaking) responsible for delivering the Cityring Metro Project in Copenhagen, a €multi billion project over several years.

We will consider candidates with PQS, client and/or contractors backgrounds, you will be responsible for Civil Works contracts and Contract Administration.

This will include:

• Monthly financial reporting, agreeing and processing contractor’s progress payments,
• Managing change control procedures, processing and assessing contractor’s claims,
• Estimation and valuation of variations,
• Provide support for the assessment of time entitlement or delay analysis.

You will be part of a team, which constantly evaluates the overall progress of all ongoing works and contractors. Ideal candidate will have financial management exposure from larger construction projects in Ireland, UK or overseas, previous rail/metro experience a distinct advantage.
