Required to manage all aspects of Operation & Maintenance (O&M) including FM on a new University project which was opened recently.

The new campus is 8km sq, one of the largest in the World, which houses 60,000 students and staff with its own district heating/cooling plant, power plant, water supply and waste facilities.

You will have several years experience in the operation and maintenance areas, previous exposure to a educational building or large business parks a distinct advantage.

Desirable:

• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or similar
• At least 20 years post grad experience; several must be at management level
• Ability to manage multiple teams in a safe and efficient manner
• Proven commercial skills to deliver high quality service within budgets.
