Senior Estimator (Tax Free)

Our Client is a large multi-disciplined construction company, who also operates from Abu Dhabi and Dubai, servicing the Middle East and North African regions. The business encompasses a wide range construction activity, high-rise construction, civil engineering, site development, marine/road works, interiors and fit out.

The business activities are grouped into operating divisions serviced by a centralised estimating department. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with construction and/or civil engineering background and a proven track record in the construction industry, based on several years’ relevant experience and capable of managing tenders up to $100m, previous Middle East experience a distinct advantage. 

A team player with excellent communication skills is required to interact with divisional managers. A thorough understanding of computerised pricing programs and support software will be essential. The position would include a full expatriate competitive package (basic salary, accommodation, medical, travel, transportation, etc...)
