Junior Recruitment Consultant for ICDS Recruitment Consultants.

The ICDS Group is a long-established company, providing professional recruitment services into the technology, medical device, pharmachem, IT, and construction markets, as well as labour supply services.

We operate in Ireland, U.K., Scandinavia, mainland Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

We now have an opportunity for a Junior Recruitment Consultant, to join our Technical and Engineering division, providing a comprehensive recruitment service to a wide array of clients in Ireland, in the sectors of medical device, pharmachem, and technology.

In this role you will be responsible for sourcing high-skilled candidates using a mix of advertised search, database search, social media, and headhunt techniques; managing the recruitment process through the interview and selection stages through to offer; managing and completing the offer negotiation process; and bringing client assignments to a successful conclusion.

You will also work as part of a team in the relationship development and account management of existing clients; and the identification and development of new client and business opportunities.

You will have access to a considerable client portfolio, including many preferred supplier accounts; you will work with a substantial and effective database, and you will be fully supported by back-office functions.

Interested applicants should ideally be graduates in an engineering or business discipline. Recruitment experience, whilst an advantage, is not essential for this role, as full on-the-job training and support will be provided.
