As Production Manager you will play an integral part of the Senior Management team. The purpose of this position is to co-ordinate all production of precast concrete pipes and products at the plant. A large focus of the role is maintaining a high standard of safety and product quality. It is a front line, hands-on role where you will be expected to lead by example. The role also involves close liaison with the sales side of the business.

The ideal candidate will hold a relevant construction or engineering qualification coupled with at least 5 years experience in engineering precast, prestressed concrete, reinforced concrete pipes, slabs or similar exposure to related construction products.
