They require a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team with a busy order book.

The successful candidate will hold a relevant qualification coupled with previous experience working for a Developer in the UK or Ireland.

You will have the ability to undertake:

• · Feasibility studies
• · Cost plans
• · Tender documents
• · Appointment & financial control of subcontractors
• · Job cost reconciliation and reporting
• · Site based QS duties
