Training Leader - South Dublin.
This role is being offered as a 12-months' fixed-term contract.
As Training Leader, you will be primarily responsible for the site training function which involves the management, co-ordination, and documentation of associate training and development. An emphasis will be placed on ensuring compliance to regulatory requirements and development of the associates’ skills and knowledge to meet the company’s objectives. You will also hold responsibility for the design of associate leadership and skills development programmes.
To co-ordinate and lead the Training function, ensuring that training is planned, effective, consistent and recorded to meet legislative, regulatory and company requirements.
Conduct a yearly Training & Development Needs Analysis to identify requirements based on organisational and departmental objectives.
Interested applicants should have at least 2 – 5 years' experience in a similar role, with previous experience of working in an ISO and/or FDA regulated environment, and experience of working in a manufacturing environment.
You should have experience using E-learning software such as "Captivate" or a similar platform.
Excellent PC skills with a good working knowledge of MS Office, Photoshop, Learning Mgt Systems & ideally SAP.
Strong attention to detail, time management and proven ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent communication, leadership, training and presentation skills.
