PROJECT MANAGER – TRANSMISSION & DISTRIBUTION - NEW ZEALAND.

Our client is expanding and strengthening their Transmission & Distribution team to meet increased workload generated by a growing demand for the services they offer to the Energy market.

This opportunity, based in Auckland, will see you managing multi-disciplinary investigations and detailed design projects for various transmission and distribution clients.  These may include standard substation designs, new switching stations and substations as well as upgrades to existing facilities.

This would suit an experienced project manager in the power sector skilled in managing projects, evaluating, negotiating, reviewing and problem-solving.

Ideally you will have obtained during your career a broad background that includes experienced with all electrical plant including hydro and thermal generators, power transformers, busducts, EHV, MV and LV switchgear and motors including cabling, control, protection and earthing.
